About Us
The name Bokkie comes from South Africa ‘Bok’ or deer. It is also used as a term of endearment
for people, something you love may be called Bokkie. We love our company and the mission to provide ‘great homes for people to live in.’
We set up Bokkie Properties Ltd in 2020 but one of our directors, Marilize Snyman-Harvey
has been designing and building property for the last 36 years and is a Passive House designer.
All our refurbishments are restored beautifully, with high EPC and sustainability in mind.
We understand property.

We are a property company using different property investment strategies to provide ‘great homes for people to live in’
including, private rental, short stay lets, and accommodation for the supported living sector.
We provide private funders with an opportunity to earn great interest on their money
instead of fading away at low interest rates in a bank account.
